Everything you need before you drive over.
Online orders are pickup only. We hand over brand-new boxes, so the size that matters is the box — not the piece once it’s assembled.
How collection works

Pay online and keep your order number.
Payment reserves your items. Your order status page shows exactly where things stand.

Wait for the ready-for-pickup email.
We pull and check every box first. Payment received does not mean the order is ready.

Come to 407A S Barron Blvd.
Call the store when you arrive and we’ll bring your order out.

Load and go.
Bring straps or a helper for heavy boxes. We cannot hold a vehicle-open estimate as a guarantee.
Will it fit in your vehicle?
Vehicle guidance is an estimate. Compare every box with your cargo space and door or trunk opening before pickup. A vehicle category alone is not a fit guarantee.
Measure your usable cargo space
With the seats where they’ll be, measure the length, width and height you can actually use. Folding seats only helps if you fold them before pickup.
Measure the loading opening
Doorways and trunk openings are smaller than the cabin. The narrowest point decides what goes in.
Compare the box, not the product
Every product page lists packaged box sizes and how many boxes when we’ve confirmed them. If we haven’t measured it, we say so.
Add up multi-item orders
Two items that each fit may not fit together. Leave room for all boxes, plus a passenger.
What the labels mean
No packaged measurements confirmed yet — ask us and we’ll measure the box in store.
Example of a confirmed label: staff checked the boxes and suggest comparing them with an SUV’s cargo space.
Bulk purchases and special shipping requests
Online orders are pickup only. For a bulk purchase or special shipping request, contact us to discuss whether an arrangement is possible. We review those individually — nothing is promised at checkout.
