How pickup works

Online orders are pickup only.

We don’t ship or deliver standard orders. Buying online holds the item for you, and you collect it from our Grayslake store once you’ve had our ready-for-pickup email.

  1. Step 1

    Choose your items

Browse what’s actually in stock and add it to your cart.

  2. Step 2

    Pay securely

Full payment online reserves your item while you finish checkout.

  3. Step 3

    Wait for your ready notice

We email you when your order is pulled and ready — don’t come before then.

  4. Step 4

    Collect in Grayslake

Bring a vehicle that fits the boxes and pick up at 407A S Barron Blvd.

Will it fit in your vehicle?

Every item leaves in its box. Measure before you drive.

Vehicle guidance is an estimate and we only mark it after staff confirm the packaged box size. Compare every box with your cargo space and door or trunk opening before pickup — a vehicle category alone is not a fit guarantee.

Measure usable cargo space

Length, width and height behind the seats.

Measure the opening

Doors and trunks are smaller than the cabin.

Count every box

Multi-box items need room for all pieces.
